Petite bouteille d'eau offerte chaque jour (merci, c'est agréable). Réservation du spa (1 h 30) : c'est agréable (vestiaire et toilettes sont prévus dans l'espace privatisé pendant 1 h 30). Petit-déjeuner sucré/salé correct. Parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel et terrasse couverte. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais très bien desservi. Arrêt du tram à 5 minutes à...

「It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking fee per night (in a small town). 」

「Wybralismy ten hotel że względu na animacje dzieci i nie zawiedliśmy się.Dziecko bawilo się wspaniałe, bylo dużo atrakcji. Całe zaplecze hotelu posiada wiele miejsc z atrakcjami dla najmłodszych. Także basen jest bardzo przyjemnyi」
