「Good service and helpful staffs at the reception. Room is good size and clean」

「We had a wonderful stay at Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained, with high-quality amenities and an excellent location. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated their restaurant recommendations, which perfectly matched our tastes and led us to some excellent dining experiences with outstanding food quality. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and we would happily return on...

「Really helpful and friendly staff, gave me a map of the area with points of interest. Big clean rooms, a refrigerator that actually works and Good strong A/C during heatwave. Its definitely within walking distance of Brussels Central Train Station unless you have to carry 20KG+ suitcases. Most important part is, it's far away from the loud bars near city center. Really good value for money.」

「A clean and convenient hotel. The staff are very friendly.」

「整體不錯，乾淨，職員會幫忙解決問題」

「Great hotel in a handy location for the metro and landmarks. Very well maintained and would highly recommend staying」

「Was a perfect place for a quick turnaround in Brussels.」

「The back alley where the hotel is located, seems sketchy but was safe overall. Located close to subway station and 10 min walk to city centre, it’s a good place to stay for budget travellers.」

「I request a higher floor , and hotel staff can also help us to bring the luggage to 1st floor for the lift. They are helpful . 」

「沖涼花灑水溫非常不穩定，自動變更過熱或過冷，極不舒適。very unstable water temperature of the shower making a bad living experience」
