「The best part of my stay was Carmen, the cleaning lady. She was wonderful and provided the only positive experience during my visit. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again. The phone in the room did not work, the bathtub was clogged, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper provided. When I went to request extra towels, I was told they could not provide any until the next day. I called the front desk about the clogged tub, but no one ever came to fix it. When I went to check...
