One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip.」

Leider fehlt der Anlage Liebe und Charme, Frühstück viel Auswahl aber Qualität mäßig. Personal wenig freundlich. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es bei dem Preis nicht mal kostenfreies Wasser für einen Tag. Per la poca differenza ho chiesto upgrade da executive a suite, essere al piano superiore con terrazzino e vista vale sicuramente la differenza. Unica critica costruttiva in una suite ci si aspetta solo un pochino di attenzione in più per i dettagli,」

We complained, and they ultimately did not charge us ( we think?) but it was an unpleasant check-in experience!!! 」
