「Nice, newer hotel conveniently located directly off Highway 30. Easy access to downtown Valparaiso. I especially liked the floor was NOT carpet. Quibble - windows do not open. Breakfast was good. "Tina" at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.」

The woman at the front desk offered me a different room, but the only one available was not large enough for my family. She provided us with some clean sheets, which we changed ourselves. She told me that I was the third person who had come to the front desk that day to say that my room had not been...

「The elevator was broken, and the fitness room was not open during the stated hours, so I had to track down an employee to let me in. Once I was let in, the water fountain was also broken in the fitness room and there were no cleaning supplies or wipes for the equipment. They had a sign on the broken water fountain, saying that you could request a complimentary water bottle from the front desk but the front desk was not staffed any time that I was in the lobby.」
