「I always come here when in MN. I'm a bit OCD and everything has to be CLEAN. I notice every little thing...I can honestly say this is a Very Clean hotel, Not exaggerating at all. The only complaint I have is the comforter had a makeup stain on it. I'm unsure if they changed it and the sheets smelled like another persons scent usually it smells fresh so I was shocked this time around. I also noticed the front desk staff speaking rudely to a member of the cleaning team, which was disappointing to see—everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I used to admire DoubleTree, but after this experience, I won’t be staying there again.」
