「We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame. As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn...

The breakfast was delicious and everything you could possibley want - we didn't have an evening meal but was advised that we would need to pre-order on the day of arrival due to ongoing redecoration works in the hotel. Plenty of parking to the rear of the hotel. Overall an excellent stay.」

「Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.」

「The Woden Boutique Inn is a gem. Relatively easy to drive to with a private car park. The virtual check-in worked well. Entering one finds a lovely and very clean space. The ambience is quiet and is situated near a park. The Woden is not far from M&S Food and Morrisons. Within a mile there are eating establishments.
