「The full breakfast was the best thing about my stay. The carpet in the room stink and the bed mattress has yellow stains on it. The desk clerk gave me something to spray on the carpet. I feel they need to shampoo the carpets throughout the hotel. The water in shower ran slow. I was very disappointed with the hotel room.」

「There was a long wait for check-in, as no one was stationed at the front desk. Their server didn’t show up for breakfast. Some of the hotel was a little dated and the updated portions were not done professionally. I pay a little extra to stay at Hilton with the expectation it will be a little nicer and a better experience than the average. Also, personal pet peeve but no exhaust fans in the bathroom which is nice to have when staying with a family. Not a terrible stay but just disappointed.」
