「One of a kind property, very unique, excellent location, and beautiful nature very safe」

「The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable and located great for our purposes. We needed to be located on the east side of Tucson. Room was clean and updated. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. This hotel is older with smaller rooms, but the upgrades and atmosphere are excellent. Recommended and would definitely stay again 」

「I understand that when you get a room for a lower price you may not have all of the amenities. That doesn't give excuse for the tub to be dirty, bathroom door to be broken, etc. Staff was friendly, but my wife and i wouldn't ever stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness. 」

「We really just needed a place to sleep. The showers were stained and the temperature was difficult to regulate at times. Regardless the room was fairly clean. We had a fridge and microwave. There was an area for our pet to use the bathroom if we needed. Pet deposit was very reasonable. The property really shined with the staff. We had the nicest cleaning lady who ensure myself and my kid's had clean towels throughput our stay. I think it was the maintenance man that I ran into and he was very...

「I was arraged in No.150 room which is next to a fountain in the garden. It was very beautiful in the early morning when the sun shined through the garden. Besides, the room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was close to the room and was very convenient to unload stuffs. I will defientely stay here again if I visit Tucson in the future. 」

「Friendly and helpful staff re room service and hotel front desk. Restaurant staff took too much time getting us menus, we watched several staff standing around talking while we sat and waited for menus. A staff member walking by happened to see us w nothing and asked if we needed menus. This was about 10 mins after we were told to “sit anywhere.” Room (ground floor/king bed) was a decent size 」

「We stayed here and took our girls to the Air Museum. The lady up front was wonderful. Iwe needed to change rooms due the AC not working and the dead bolt wouldn't work. We were put in a different room asap. We will be back. Hoping to stay longer next time. 」
