"Good quality hotel in a beautiful area of the UK. The staff were excellent and the only problem was at dinner where my wife ordered Lobster which to her was inedible, probably overcooked. She asked the waiter to remove it and no replacement was taken. On checking out, it was still a chargeable item on my bill which on request was removed. This was the only negative on our stay. I must praise the breakfast waitress for her attention to detail and efficiency, all with a smile. Well done young...
