「The Grange is a lovely place to stay. It is close to town and very quiet. The beach is very close and a perfect place to watch sunsets. Communication with the host was excellent. 」

「It's a very good hotel, but it needs a lot of TLC lots of cobwebs that were there during our whole weeks stay.In the evening when having a drink in the reception area the kitchen door was left open so the noise was coming out.Small issues but important ones.The staff were friendly and efficient. 「We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. 」

「The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky.
