「The front desk clerk was so pleasant it made us feel right at home from the start. The rooms feel like you are a guest a very caring relative's home. Everything was clean and spotless. The pillows were heavenly, usually pillows are like little square marshmallows, but these were large and comfortable. The little deck outside our upper floor room afforded us a great place to look out over the frozen lake. The weather was unseasonable warm so we took advantage of it for a bit. 」

「This is hardly a 5-star room BUT I didn't need a fancy room because I was busy at the SURF DISTRICT & BALLROOM & barely there. I gave this room an EXCELLENT because it offered what I truly NEEDED. 1.A FABULOUS HOT, GREAT PRESSURE SHOWER, 2. Enjoyable free breakfast & COFFEE, 3. PET FRIENDLY, 4. VERY friendly staff. The owners/managers (probably hubby & wife) did everything possible to make my stay pleasant. I have traveled all over the country, stayed in 5-star hotels & dives as well. The shower...

「Never ever take this hotel.....it's the most disgusting hotel that we ever stay before!! I even got itching after sat on the couch! By the way, we'ad booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms , but the front desk sent us an invoice and asked us to check-out (paid everything upfront)on the 4th morning; although we're more than happy to leave it, but who is going to return me the difference?」
