"Think of it as a gym / leisure centre that has some rooms to rent, rather than a hotel. Right from the do-it-yourself check-in process, it's clear your a customer not a guest.
The room was clean and modern, but very basic and very small. The only window was in the toilet/shower room - which was actually a glass partition from the bedroom, rather than a separate room. It might look cool and modern if you're staying by yourself, but if you're with someone else there's not much privacy when you use toilet/shower room.
The breakfast was below average. A lukewarm buffet selection including limp hash browns and cheap sausages.
There were plenty of parking spaces, and when I stayed at the weekend, the parking was free. There was also a bus stop just outside that took us directly to the area we were visiting later that evening.
