Amora provided us a complimentary upgrade upon arrival to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The staff were very lovely. The only downside was our room wasn’t made up when we had the sign on the door all day.

Room was clean. Staff didn't explain anything about the hotel or the area or the fact you could get a free loop bus to and from the city and hotel. Parking difficult if you aren't confident with tight manoeuvres, ok for us.
