「If there was a provision to rate 0, i would have. I looked at snaps and reviews and booked for a weekend stay, paid a bomb for the deluxe suite - came to room late in evening , the a/c remote is missing, there is no toilet paper in the bathroom, for the extra pull up sofa/bed - no bedding /pillow etc In the morning , asked for two bottles of water and they took 68 mins to get the bottle I paid a bomb for this, over 9k and such pathetic service. stay away from this property like Plague. 「Very friendly staff. In house restaurant was very good and reasonable price. Pool is beautiful on the roof. Would use this hotel again…」

「New Hotel Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction. Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. I stayed on the railway side and throughout the early hours of the morning train horns are clearly heard, I cannot...

「酒店員工服務態度很好, 酒店有餐廳也不錯, 第一天與客人在此處用餐 房間稍微有點舊, 但整體來說是間不錯的飯店」

「Family of 3, 3 month old kid. Booked the most expensive private pool room. The property is perfect for children. Greenery all around, lots of play areas, a huge public pool with awesome features, great breakfast, friendly staff, I think 3 restaurants as well. So if you have kids, they are going to love it. However our room was a little let down. The private pool is amazing, clean and heated! There is also a jacuzzi in the room, also great but the room itself is a big letdown. There are 2...

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel Bimba and would definitely recommend it. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and very comfortable from the moment I checked in. The stay was smooth, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and ensured everything was taken care of. They had a attached multicuisine restaurant , again a nice experience with the food and staff interaction. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!」

「Neat rooms and food was good. 」

「Good place to stay. The property needs some upgrades.」

「The water can not flow out so It overflow to the bathroom. The bed is not flat.」

「Okay for short term stay. Not ideal for families. WiFi was poor. Restaurant was average.」

「Clean room and good staff.」

「It feels like the hotel was built as a theme hotel in the 1960s and has not been renovated since」
