Don’t trust what they advertise or you pay for.

You may pay for 5 persons and tell them your needs but they will give you a apartment that fits the needs of 3 people as the sofa bed is uncomfortable and does have any bedding. The booking may say 2 double rooms and a double bed this means nothing.

This is not a luxury apartment by any stretch of anyone’s imagination unless you live in a mud hut in a rural developing country. Poorly maintained and the cleaning is well below average. If you like dirty carpet and fake eye lashes stuck to the wall along with dirty sheets this is the place for you! Boiler is faulty and needs serviced which is a concern considering it’s gas. Accommodation is up 4 floors accessed for a ski king smelly dingy corridor. If you fancy your luck with an early check in prepare your mortgage application early. Very poor communication, I had to chase them for the registration process where they take a copy of your id though an unsecured link which is a major concern. If by luxe they mean size yes it’s bigger than your standard shoe box room in Brighton. But that shouldn’t come at a price of cleanliness and functioning building fixings. Keys and lock need some lubrication as key is almost impossible to use. Overall poor, lots of room for improvement and a darn good cleaning.
