「We had an unplanned stop at the Fireside because of a winter storm made for dangerous travel. We felt like we walked into a Hallmark movie. There was a cozy fire going and complimentary hot beverages. The rooms were average but everything else was great. Nice bar for stranded travelers to meet up at and great breakfast in a nicely decorated room.」

「I had been traveling for 20 hours, heading home after a long trip, when I got stuck in a snowstorm. I was just an hour and a half from home, but the roads were treacherous. So I booked a room at the Norwich Inn. I dragged my bag through the snow into the lobby, and felt as if I had walked onto a movie set: a fire blazing in the fireplace, people laughing in the pub next to the lobby, fine diners enjoying an elegant meal in the back room. 「圣诞假后第一天带孩子kua訪校，本来预定的酒店是另一家，临到NH前一天收到学校邮件强烈推荐住Hanover inn，立刻做了登记。inn坐落在小镇中心，对面就是达特茅斯学院，据说是达特茅斯自营的酒店。不愧是顶级大学的管理，非常干净温馨，到处充满设计感。床很舒服，房间空间也比较大。尤其推荐的是pine餐厅，非常美的餐厅，服务生英式服务，食物很好吃，有几道菜具有中国style。我们退房后走到对面的达特茅斯参观了一会。今年美东大雪，夜晚寒冷，白天有太阳就还好。」

「The Pointe was much more than I expected (honestly). The room was large with a couch, reading chair (and ottoman) and small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom had a tub with jets. There was an indoor pool and hot tub-that worked. The one negative, no microwave in the room or common area— but the desk attendants, who were very very nice and accommodating, took care of that for me! And there was fresh brewed coffee in the lobby by 6 am!」

They offer a shuttle bus that takes you right up to the mountain and back, plus personal lockers for all your gear which made everything so convenient. The restaurant and bar are fantastic, with an awesome selection of local beers. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space to hang jackets and dry gear after skiing. Overall the property seemed very well maintained. A snow storm had just passed but all the snow was cleared. I'd certainly stay here again if ever back in the area. 」
