The owner made extraordinary efforts to make our visit special. He treated us like royalty, like kings and queens, and is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. 「Hotel con una bellissima vista, molto vicina al centro un pò meno dalla spiaggia che si raggiunge in 20 minuti a piedi, ma il ritorno è in salita. Colazione molto buona con parte sia salata che dolce. Struttura che sembra di recente ristrutturazione, con parti comuni molto belle e nuove, stanze invece con arredamenti un pò vecchiotti, con porte e muri un pò leggeri. Personale disponibile e gentile, a Peschici io lo consiglio.」

Also the price I paid included the breakfast but the host said it was not and did provide breakfast next morning. I provided him the booking receipt details showing that the breakfast included. I also reported this to expedia help desk same day, but I was told that they could not communicate with the host due to English barrier. 」
