「We were so fortunate to find the special place. The location is right next to the castle and old town and the owner owns a bar 20 feet away. The owner made extraordinary efforts to make our visit special. He treated us like royalty, like kings and queens, and is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a beautiful experience in Peschici. 」

「Hotel con una bellissima vista, molto vicina al centro un pò meno dalla spiaggia che si raggiunge in 20 minuti a piedi, ma il ritorno è in salita. Colazione molto buona con parte sia salata che dolce. Struttura che sembra di recente ristrutturazione, con parti comuni molto belle e nuove, stanze invece con arredamenti un pò vecchiotti, con porte e muri un pò leggeri. Personale disponibile e gentile, a Peschici io lo consiglio.」

「The room was clean and perfect. We had to wait the staff for checkin despite the fact that we gave the time of arrival. Also the price I paid included the breakfast but the host said it was not and did provide breakfast next morning. I provided him the booking receipt details showing that the breakfast included. I also reported this to expedia help desk same day, but I was told that they could not communicate with the host due to English barrier. 」

「Beautiful room. New interior to a very historic building. Not a complaint, but the listing did not make you aware that the building is inaccessible by car, even for dropping off luggage. Closest drop off point is 3 blocks away, downhill. Street parking is available with 5 blocks and garage parking is further away. While this place is wonderful, it is not a place for people with limited mobility.」

「Stanza pulitissima e molto confortevole situata in una posizione perfetta, in pieno centro e vicinissima al mare. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile, colazione eccellente. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere, magari per più giorni. 」

Struttura fatiscente, anni 50/60, sporca, muri cadenti, con ventilatore acquistato sicuramente da magazzino cinese, con impianto elettrico volante, un vero trauma, soprattutto per la somma che abbiamo pagato..... Tra tasse e stanza una notte circa € 180.00 Meglio dormire su una panchina per strada.... Non per non pagare... Forse più pulito.. Sconsigliatissimo....」
