「We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the...

「We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Monarch! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality made our stay in New Orleans even more memorable. A special thank you to Lewis and Andre, who were incredibly helpful with choosing our excursions and giving us advice on navigating the city. Their recommendations helped us make the most of our time in New Orleans. And Latrisha—what a joy! Her beautiful smile truly lit up the room every time we saw her. She was so warm and welcoming and made us...

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「We reserved a room with king bed. But we were assigned a room with 2 double beds. The staff said it’s because we made the reservation on third party app and there was no available king bed. But I remember the prices for king bed and double beds are different. The king bed was higher. And when we asked the front desk if we can switch to a king bed room after the first night should it be available, the staff said “it will be a busy weekend. Why do you guys want a king bed room?? The double gives...
