「A great set of rooms and community. Lily was quick to respond to communions and very accommodating. 」

「Breakfast was hot and fresh daily. Would be nice to have option of bacon not just sausages tho. Floor in room slopes pretty badly and heat lamp bulb in bathroom was burnt ou. Room tended to feel cool instead of comfortable. Heater ran continuously. 」

「I've stayed at the White Horse motel several times and find that it is a great value. The rooms are clean and quiet. I'll continue to stay here when working in Charlottetown.」

「The room had such poor sound proofing that we were awaked each night by people talking in the hallway until at least 3:30am. It sounded like they were in our room. The breakfast buffet was very poorly maintained. Each day the coffee had run out as well as many of the food items. One day we tried a hard boiled egg which was not cooked at all, looking like a fresh cracked egg. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.」

The kitchen lights were not placed in good locations making the kitchen dark. No light over the sink and counters so when it was “uncomfortable” prepping meals. 」

「The breakfast was great, room was fine. Clean but a little weathered. The pool needs to be cleaned. We stayed in November 2025 and I said this then as well. Staff was fine. Definitely didn't go above and beyond. The tv is kind of crappy tried to hook up our lap top but the HDMI doesn't work. This was frustrating. Internet slow. 」
