Good quality hotel with fabulous breakfast
LOFT hotel is well located (10-15 walk distance to old town area) and provides fabulous buffet breakfast. The hotel room is dedicatedly designed with style and has free mini bar to use. The hotel staff are helpful, which made my stay enjoyable.

I have stayed at this hotel for the second time now, and I must say that they are situated in a prime location just behind the Presidential Palace. The surroundings are stunning, and safety is never a concern. However, the reason I am writing this review is because of the exceptional service I received from the hotel staff. During my recent visit, I left my handbag at the restaurant, which contained my ID and cash. I was extremely worried about the consequences of losing it, but the staff went above and beyond to locate it for me. Their level of professionalism and responsibility towards their guests is truly commendable, and I am grateful for their efforts. I highly recommend this hotel!

Convenient location and not too noisy
The location was very fine, not amidst all the hustle and bustle in the touristy areas and yet very accessible. Friendly staff who responded well to our requests and helped with restaurant bookings. Very affordable and friendly restaurant / bar at the hotel.

The hotel is about 15mins walk from the central train station. Highly recommended for traveler arriving at Bratislava via train at night. The hotel has its own restaurant and brewery, so you don't have to worry about dining place. The room is spacious and clean too.

Recommended hotel in Bratislava
The staff is very friendly and polite. The security of the room and car park is good. The room is spacious for a family. The beverages in the minibar is free. Variety food provided for breakfast. The staff told us that the restaurant is top five in Bratislava. The waiters and waitress are very good with good service. The food is also delicious and value for money! Well recommended!

I really love how the hotel was designed which gives it a rustic feel and it tells a story about Slovakia. The staff was friendly and helpful too. The hotel restaurant serves very tasty food and beers. Near to the tourist attractions such as the town square. One of the best places to stay when visit Bratislava for sure!

A good option all round
Well located for the city centre, just a 10 minute walk away. We liked the quirky design and furnishings although there was a lot of excess furniture in our room which took up quite a lot of space. The free mini bar, wine machine and snacks were a nice addition! Breakfast buffet was varied and kept well topped up throughout. We ordered breakfast in our room one day which was amazing although far too much food for 2 people which was a shame. Only downside was we were woken up at 6am by a fire alarm on our first night with an automated instruction to exit the building but then no direction or explanation from the staff which was a bit disconcerting. Hopefully just a one-off!
