"Staff was above average in fact excellent. Location is phenomenal! Walking distance to/from ferry and excellent bars and restaurants and historical sites/museums. Highly recommend the 1 1/2 hour guided bus tour. Had a problem in the room which was quickly resolved. There are stairs to second floor but porter was quick and accommodating to carry luggage to room. You do not have to carry luggage up or down. Just ask. Also, definitely take advantage of ferry shuttle."
