「Lovely hotel in a great location, but for two days I stayed there, there was no hot water. It’s unacceptable for the price I have paid. Will not be coming back.」

They need to perform routine check of the units and not let customers go through unpleasant surprises. The lady in the reception was so helpful and responsive whenever we called her even late evening and the security guy was also helpful and kind.」

We had a very comfortable stay, but the location was a downside - we don’t always mind a bit of a walk into town, but this was a pretty ugly 45-minute walk through busy traffic to get anywhere. There is not much near the hotel that seemed worth visiting. The staff were friendly and getting taxis was no problem. Breakfast was interesting, with lots of variety and great service.」

However, when I contacted Expedia, I was later informed that the original cancellation policy would apply because they could not obtain the host's approval. 「So this property was beautiful inside and very clean, the location wasn’t the greatest, it was a little far from most activities we wanted to do but the place itself made up for it as it was very nice, clean, spacious, and a good deal price wise. The staff was also very helpful and responded immediately to any of our needs. We initially didn’t have a coffee maker in our room and the staff brought one up immediately when we requested it along with some new capsules. We would stay here again,...
