「Please provide a simple breakfast for such a high room price!」

「Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Proximity to the airport and a shuttle was my main factor in choosing a place. This place was very close, but the shuttle was disappointing. I called ahead to arrange it and was told it comes every half hour. Upon arrival, I waited for 35 minutes before calling again and learned the shuttle only comes if you call. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know when I called initially. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Best Western near Opryland.The staff was friendly courteous and eager to help make our stay comfortable. The rooms were in very good condition and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Breakfast had variety of options hot and cold along with juices, coffee, tea. Everything was tasty and plentiful. The parking was safe and well spaced and best of all the location was close to downtown Nashville. A shuttle is availabe as parking is tight downtown. I would return to stay...

「The staff were all professional. The lobby was clean and breakfast was hot. The room was clean and very comfortable. The price is reasonable and travel back-and-forth to downtown Nashville was so easy. Travel to the airport was convenient. It’s close to the Grandel Opry. The scoreboard bar was so much fun with great bands. I highly recommend the redneck comedy tour boss that will pick you up from the scorecard and take you downtown Nashville. It’s a great time. 」

「1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange...
