"We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."

We were lucky with street parking but this could be an issue, probably best to book parking with landlord for extra cost. Older relative would have appreciated non-slip mat in shower. "We had a very pleasant stay. Every member of staff seemed to go out of their way to be helpful. Our room was clean if a little dated and the bed was extremely comfortable .. We enjoyed using the pool and the changing room was fine. We did not have pound coins for the lockers and the hotel is cash free. Maybe advise guests on check in to bring a coin? Food choice was limited but we enjoyed our dinner . Breakfast was fairly standard but plentiful and well organised We would stay again"
