「No staff about when you needed them. Heating not working. Wasnt fixed when asked. Restaurant has been shut about 4 years, no food on site. Fire alarm went off at 4.45am and no staff on site. Fire brigade had to break in to reset alarm. Makes Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star! Dont be fooled by the pictures! Cheap and definitely not cheerful. Literally unable to contact anyone for a refund. 」

「游泳池和gym好舒服，晚上和第二日早上都有去，更衣室設備齊全，有按摩池和桑拿。 房間有點熱，但有配備額外的風扇，沒有很辛苦，感謝酒店晚上提供免費的雪條。 停車位已包在房價內，如果付費的話是£5一日。 窗台有點髒，房內也沒有內線電話，有一點不方便。但主要為了游泳池而來，而且房價便宜，整個旅程過得很不錯，前台服務很好，非常友善。 不用自助入住，有職員為客人check in。」

Was seen soon as I walked in and being a pub the lovely lady told me straight away there was live music and it might be a bit noisy. Which I didn’t mind as I was going to work. 「I’ve stayed her over 4 years ago on a regularly. I’m glad to say the fantastic food and service hasn’t changed. Unfortunately there is no car park at rear of hotel now seating area. 」

「Lovely staff in an old beautiful building. The breakfast was great and the room was cosy and clean but a little on the colder side. Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again」
