「Very spacious & perfect for what we needed. I was a little disappointed that the lift wasn’t in use as it makes life difficult with a baby. We received 2 emails with access codes on, I thought they were the same & that we hadn’t received the code for the carpark so contacted an out of hours number & the service was fantastic, sorted it within a couple of minutes. 「We wanted a location close to the town centre and you can't get much closer than this. We were also fortunate to get free parking in one of the few spaces just outside the main entrance although I believe there is convenient and reasonably priced parking nearby. Whilst not very modern, the hotel was in good repair, clean and tidy throughout and the staff were unfailingly cheerful, helpful and a genuine pleasure ... made us feel welcome. 「Stayed here last minute as only 30 mins from Heathrow and I was only staying a short time. It was great value for money. Rooms are dated but this was not an issue for me. Guy on reception was really friendly and went out of his way to make sure i would be able to check in late. Would stay here again」
