"Parking was easy and available. Check in was not so good. The hotel has a sign and on their website that states check-in is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm and they did not have a room for us nor could they even check us in. Three other customers were also told to wait for a room. They would not offer us a different room. We had to wait in the lobby until we reapproached the desk to check again on if a room was available. It was very inefficient and frustrating. "

"The front desk staff were so nice and prepared. They already assigned a first floor room near the exit since I was traveling with a pet. That was perfect! The hotel was clean, very quiet and near great shopping and restaurants. I had a special request the second day and they were very helpful. "
