「When we arrived, we were given a studio room instead of the one-bedroom apartment I had booked. The receptionist told us to contact the booking platform. I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem.

「Super option if visiting relatives living in Greenford Quays. Also great for getting into central London in 30 mins via the underground which is 10 mins walk away. It is “just” a Greenford Quay apartment, but they are all lovely and modern. All the essentials are provided: cutlery, dishes, toiletries, towels and bed linen. Would stay again. 」

「Fantastic value for a great appartment! A stones throw from the stadium, shops and restaurants but super quiet and wonderfully furnished. Check in and out was amazingly simple.Would definitely visit again!」
