「One hot tub, of two was working. The room, while clean, needed some updating. Window treatments were not properly working. The television was not working. Hair dryer was not working. Cleaning staff were very helpful, when asked for extra soaps, towels, and coffees. The setting is idylic and picturesque.」

「The manager was very helpful at first. Then when we found the toilet in our room running constantly and not able to be flushed, he became almost completely unhelpful. He acknowledged that he knew about the toilet but there was nothing he could do. Finally, when pressed he said there was one other room that he could give us with 2 queen beds.
