「Good location near shopping mall and market. The room was spacious and comfortable but we needed to climb up the stairs with our heavy luggage. Dinner was delicious.」

「We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. 」

「The room was satisfactory. Could do with a thorough clean. I had no milk both days I stayed. Pub/restaurant was very nice. Staff were all friendly. 」

「The hotel is very clean, nice and beautiful. They have a big, nice garden and is well managed. It gives you a pleasant environment that you relax and can walk around enjoying the atmosphere. The staff are nice and professional. The gardener even has time to introduce me to the plant I am interested in. This shows how a professional team they are. 」

「The owners were just amazing. She even did our laundry for us. She was so sweet. The bathroom was clean with updated amenities and the home was clean, quiet, and a wonderful place to relax. Love how close the home is to the pub.」

「We happened to be there during an epic heat wave and one thing I hadn’t considered was lack of AC. There was a fan in the room but the windows didn’t fully open so it was a bit miserable. Not the hotels fault - but def something to consider if you’ll be staying here over the summer months.」

「More at the "motel" end of things than a proper hotel, but a decent enough place to stay despite that. You will NOT be staying in the house shown in the picture, but in the motel complex at the back. Continental breakfast is good value. We didn't eat there (other than breakfast) so can't comment on the food.」

「A very comfortable place to stay, really love all facilities and decoration. It's ancient but fashion one. The staffs are really nice and very helpful. I will love to stay there again. By the way, the breakfast and dinner are really delicious.」

「Second time staying at The Old House visiting nearby family and attractions. We will return as comfortable clean accomodation and really good walk in shower with taps outside the shower which is great. Staff very friendly and helpful . A few minor things were that there wasn't an information book in our room although we didn't really need one. Also glasses left on tables overnight and there were cigarette butt's on the floor and steps and broken garden lamps. Simple things that could be...
