"Room was gross so they switched us to another. The new room had a leaky tub and a frozen fridge coil. Overall it was just a bit icky. "

"I had asked several times for them to clean my room and they didn't clean it. The staff had given someone a key to my room without my permission. I was told that they would not enter my room without permission and they entered without permission. The ceiling had a piece fall off while i was trying to cook and told the front desk and they did nothing but take a picture and did not fix it. The water in my room was shut off for over an hour and I could not take a shower. I was screamed at by some lady who claimed she worked there, but wasn't in uniform like the rest of the staff and then I was kicked off the property by the police for no valid reason. They told me that there was supposedly several complaints, yet they never said anything to me and I was at the front desk several times so I belive that they were false accusations. I have asked for a full refund and they still have not refunded me. They had no problem taking money, but they are not refunding me as fast as they took money. I have never had such a bad experience in any hotel like this one."

"The experience was okay until they went into my room and “cleaned up”. They went in the room I feel just to see how many guests were in my room. I asked for towels earlier in the day,they said they didn’t have any. So that was the end of the story right, wrong. I come back from a funeral and realized they removed every towel in my room and never replaced them. Not only did you invade my room but you didn’t do your job. Which is clean up and restock the room with linen etc. "

"Spartan and minimalist. Delivers everything a traveler needs, and nothing more. But it's no cheaper than nearby hotels, and given what it offers, it should be, by a little."

"Dog potty area needed to be picked up better, floor in room could have been a little more polished but overall it was good! The staff was excellent there in Greencastle, Ind!! We will be back!"
