"Hotel was great, staff were friendly and the restaurant food was amazing. The reason I am giving 4 stars is the most important part of staying at a hotel is a good night sleep and to have a good night sleep mattress should be the most comfortable. Unfortunately the mattress in our room was not comfortable at all. Hotel was located right by the high way and even had free EV charging. Great hotel but needs better beds!"

Always got the feeling that the owner sincerely cares about the customer and that the importance of the almighty $ is down the list. Amenties like a bathrobe, beach towel, quality toiletries, mini bar... that you would only expect at a much more expensive hotel, are provided, along with a very good buffet breakfast."

"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....
