「Rooms were really clean, free breakfast, free dinner, 3 free drinks in the evening. And coffee all day.」

「We will not stay here again. The sink faucet was broken and turned around every time we tried using it. The sink is uneven and would not drain. Terrible water pressure. Dirty floors had crumbs and rust marks. The walls were beaten up and black marks everywhere. The Ice canister had something sticky all over it. There was a used gas station cup near coffee maker. Clearly no one takes their job seriously at this hotel.」

「Coffee was old and not hot. The room dishes were lacking, no dish soap, and room was medium clean. Kinda old too. Not the best RI I have stayed in.」

「There was a massive construction/remodel effort underway that was not mentioned on the website. Guest elevators were unavailable and all guests had to take staff elevators. The lobby was rendered pretty much unusable. The staff was clearly under pressure and did well to help but I wish there was mention made on their website. 」

「We had a wonderful stay! Every staff member we interacted with was delightful. Such great service! The hotel is so clean and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable and laid out thoughtfully. There is a little sound coming from the interstate if you are on that far side of the hotel at night, but it wasn’t disruptive. The hot tub and pools are awesome! We really appreciated that the pools open early and stay open late. We would love to stay again.」

「A beautiful old building with period decor. Unfortunately, it has seen better days, but minor inconveniences were easy to overlook when surrounded by the beauty of the building. And breakfast was delicious!」
