「The friendliness, clean and classy」

「The room was spotless. Must be newly renovated the bathroom looked brand new beds were comfortable, pillows fluffy. .Extremely well maintained the staff was friendly and helpful gave us great suggestions for shopping and excursions. Breakfast had plenty of options. Honestly can’t say anything bad about our stay. Will definitely be back 」

「I really enjoyed the size of our room for a family, we had the suite with 2 bedrooms. It was a comfortable bed and we slept well. You can hear the rooms around you- so there's not much soundproofing, and we heard the people upstairs walking around quite a lot. But, our room wasn't very clean. It was "prepared" as you'd expect, with made beds and empty trash cans, but it was just not clean. Especially the floors, I wish i had a vacuum and a mop to clean myself.」

「When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

「It was next to a cook out and across from a Publix. The toilet didn’t flush,there was no smoke alarm,the towel had bloodstains on it,the covers had cigarette burns,it was insanely uncomfortable bed.」
