「The view was beautiful. Although it was hot out there, the pool and the room kept me cool. The room was clean. Idk, this was my 2nd time there and I wasn't disappointed. 」

「There is no question that this property is amazing in many ways. The staff is always available and on point. The restaurants offer options for most palates. There are family and adult only pools. I think the best part is the attention to customer service. I do feel that the extra costs are a bit much, considering the cost of room. These include the daily valet charge and the daily Resort Experience Fee...I don't know what that covers. Just know you are staying at a premier resort and do get that...

「It is a nice property. We had an odd shaped room. The layout was tight and awkward, but I'm an sure not all rooms are like the one we stayed in. I liked that there is a mini kitchen. You need to get to the pool early to get a lounge chair in the sun, if that is what you are looking for. There are lots of activities. Check-in and check-out were very easy. If you drive, parking is a very expensive per day rate, in my opinion.」

「The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or...

「All very good - the gentleman at the front desk (day shift) is a star - super helpful and just the right amount of friendly combined with professional. Breakfast exceptional. Didn’t use pool - but saw many others using it. Overall for us felt a bit overpriced - but appreciated it nonetheless」

「我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。 前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。 然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。 在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。」

「Just average in terms of quality. We had issues with the shower working properly. It would seem poor maintenance standards. The shower head was extremely low pressure and to regulate water temperature took an engineering degree. 」

「Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite.」
