「We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.」

「Amazing stay for my 25th birthday. The suite was beautiful and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Will be back again in the near future. Thank you」

「The bed was so nice!!! Very comfortable. Got a great nights sleep!!! 5 stars for that alone. 👍」

「Staff was great」

「I've stayed here a few times in the past. I like the kitchens with utensils and the proximity to some fast food (particularly In-N-Out), but may try a different location on my next visit. It seems that the cleanliness has gone downhill over the last few years.」

「Jason at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We were set up on the 3rd floor but were informed afterwards that the elevator was broken and not working. He mentioned that we could talk to Adam H the manager but he cones in later in the morning so we did not get a chance to see him/talk to him . Fir the money spent you’d hope the basic things would work. But can’t fix that now , also very loud / busy street parking lot.」

「We had a problem with the refridgerator being loud so we had disturbed sleep. I spoke with the night manager who stepped up and had the unit replaced and also removed the resort fees from our bill. OUTSTANDING job !!!!!!!!!」

「The front desk staff is nice.」

「great place」
