Lots of loud noises through the ceiling that usually happened only in the AM. Not sure what that was?? "

"This is pretty run down for a Best Western. We were surprised actually! Its too dirty for my liking and quite noisy with the train track. Beware…website says theres airport shuttle but no. That service ended 4 yrs ago apparently. "

"The building was a luxury hotel years ago, but those days are past. When I arrived, the hotel had not processed my Expedia reservation from 3 weeks prior, so I spent my first hour on the phone with Expedia, and they ended up refunding my reservation and I had to pay for a new stay. The elevators to my wing broke the day after I arrived, and my room was on the 9th floor, so I had no room access for half a day. They got one of the 2 elevators working, but it was obvious that it was on its last leg. I had several occasions without hot water, and twice had to take a cold shower. The hotel is in need of renovation. "

"There are no "do not disturb" signs you can hang on your door to avoid annoying knocks and loud shouts of "housekeeping" every morning. This hotel has only one advantage: its low price."
