「Checked in late in the evening. The front desk clerk was incredibly rude when we asked any question. Some of the hotel was under construction but when asked about a lobby restroom, rude. Asked about beverages available, rude. Asked about entrances open, rude. The bedsheet had a large hole in it, guess what...rude. 」

「The room was perfect. Our only complaint was the breakfast, which was sparse. Some of The pastries were pre made and wrapped, full of chemicals, not edible. There was no yogurt. The juice was not refreshed, mostly apple, not enough orange. Apparently, the very polite kitchen worker was overwhelmed. There was one bagel 40 minutes before closing, never refreshed. The next morning 15 minutes after opening, there was one bagel!! There were 3 half and half containers for a hotel with at least...

「The staff was wonderful but the rest of the property leaves a bit to be desired. The property is outdated, very noisy both from thin walls and windows, and the breakfast is quite poor.」

「This is a property where people live. While they do have people that come and go, you can see that people live there. Housekeeping is every two weeks. There is no ice machine and no real amenities for eating there. There is a coffee machine and a toaster and a refrigerator. While this is a non-smoking property, there is a smell of marijuana at the property. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Just be aware that it is not a typical hotel.」

「Unfortunately, I will have trouble making a fair assessment as there was basically a party in the hallway with people slamming doors and talking loudly until 4:00am.」

「Less than ok. No staff or cleaning staff to refresh your room or to bring fresh towels. You have to ask the front desk. The beds were not comfortable at all. It’s probably good for one night stay. The pictures online are misleading. And cornhole, it’s kid size so don’t plan to play. It is not a quiet hotel, you can hear room to room and floor to floor. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the music in the lobby/restaurant. Its only convenience is a 6 min ride to Red Rocks.」

「Was a great experience. Toilet chain ended up breaking in the morning. Went out for breakfast after I told front desk it was broken and was fixed by the time I got back!」

「Every time I stay there , it has been GREAT! Staff is professional , always saying hi and is there any thing I can help you with! I work at a hotel in Aspen Colo& there r some front desk employees where I work that could a little bit , like ur employees ! Thanks and I’m coming back in July !!」

「Staff were really nice. Breakfast had some Good options. We chose this place because of the proximity to Red Rocks. Didn’t use the pool because it did not look clean. The seating area outside was nice. Would stay again」
