「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Ms. Christine was fantastic. We received a free upgrade to a room with a king size bed, which was adjacent to the common-share kitchen. The room itself was clean and classy. The open air courtyard was spectacular as we enjoyed the sounds of the quarter without the hustle of the crowds. However, we were quieted by the bumping sounds in the night as if some ghost was trying to escape. Great stay and highly recommended.」

「Stayed for our honeymoon & got to experience a portion of Mardi Gras. Firstly, the staff was awesome. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Being able to watch the parades from the balcony and having complementary jambalaya for the guests that night was a great touch that my husband & I were not expecting! The room was nice & clean. The bed was comfortable, fairly quiet in there if you get an interior room. The only cons we had was the ventilation in the room could have been a little...
