"The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. "

"The Oasis was wonderful! Beautiful grounds and very clean. The shuttle to the beach was readily available and the beach chairs and service were great. Really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. Would stay here again for sure! "

"Royal west is a quaint and quiet resort that offers a beach getaway that has a chill vibe. The Pelican restaurant is very good as well as the happy hour from 5-7. Everyone is extremely friendly. Sherman at checkin is a sweetheart ! "

"Excellent location especially if not renting a car! It is a small property but the spacious studio room had everything we needed for a week long stay! Very short walk to the beach. Dedicated beach area is in prime location with more than enough room, chairs, umbrellas, even floats and boards to use in the ocean! If we were to return to TCI we would definitely choose Villa Del Mar again!"

"My friend and I just returned from our trip at The Suites at Mr. Grouper. Overall we enjoyed our stay here after some plumbing mishap in our room in which we had to change rooms twice. The rooms are very clean and the bed was really comfortable. When we arrived to check in at 3:00 p.m. the woman at the desk took some time to look up from her phone to acknowledge us, then she told us our room was not ready without even asking us our names. She could tell we were not thrilled and we asked if we could change to our bathing suites in the restroom while we wait for our room. While we were fishing through our luggage, the woman came out and informed us our room was ready. Later that evening, we had a plumbing issue and had to change rooms. We were not thrilled the next day when we were at the beach and we got a call from the hotel, that we needed to switch rooms again. But, once we changed our room, the rest of our stay was very nice. The pool area is nice and clean. A great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. The restaurant was very good, although we only ate there once. I think for the price, overall its a good place to stay and we had a great time. "

"This is a very nice resort and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay. It is not luxury but you get what you pay for. I consider the resort to be great for families, especially the bungalows which have full kitchens and living areas. It was clean and right on the beach. The beach was slim so not a lot of sandy area but enough for chairs and umbrellas. The staff were all friendly but did not go above and beyond by any means. The location was beautiful and right on the reef to snorkel which was fun. "

"I am so content with my decision to stay here. The staff were friendly always helpful and professional. The rooms and facility were always being unkept. Their swim up bar and quick access to the beach was insanely perfect. Probably turning this to my yearly visit spot to vacation. "
