"A truly exceptional stay in Sanur Griya Santrian exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, polished, and consistently professional. The staff struck the perfect balance of attentive without being intrusive. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds are lush and peaceful, and the beachfront setting is ideal. There is a walking and biking path that runs directly along the beach and connects to the hotel, which makes it incredibly convenient to explore Sanur. You can easily walk or bike to restaurants, cafés, shops, and massage spots right from the property. The pools are lovely, the beach access is seamless, and the entire atmosphere feels relaxed yet refined. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt cared for and well managed — it’s clear this hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards. After several weeks traveling through Southeast Asia and staying in a range of hotels, this was easily one of the best experiences of my trip. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali."
