「Lovely room and nice pub」

「I had a lovely stay! Cliff was a wonderful host and the breakfasts were very tasty. I was visiting Southport solo to see where my father was born. It's a cute town and this lodging is highly recommended.」

「The staff was very helpful but thought the price was very high as I only paid £ 57 for a night in a 4 star hotel with sea view on the Thursday week before as it was a last minute booking like this was I didn’t realise it was above a pub and with an awful view out the window and the pillow gave me neck ache but staff changed it no bother very helpful I lee」

「Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed.」

「Fabulous property with very helpful staff. Ran the local Parkrun and missed breakfast time but was made some fantastic bacon sandwiches when we both returned to the guest house. Staff was very accommodating which made the visit very enjoyable.」

「Lovely stay for a last minute 1 night stay. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Informed staff I was gluten free and they provided me a lovely GF continental breakfast. Beds were comfy everything was clean. Your opposite the main pub in the square so you can step out and dine at some lovely places. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Lytham again. 「Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked.
