I wish they had on site parking but you can’t create new land in downtown Salem. We would stay here again. The room and bed was much, much better than I would have ever expected. The breakfast was amazing. We loved it.

Staff was wonderful. We needed a rollaway, no problem. Help with directions, they got you. Want suggestions, yup helped there too. Breakfast was wonderful and we got lucky with parking. They have it available at a lot down the street, but I got a spot right out front. Wonderful stay.

The Salem Inn is a fun place for families. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The Inn is very conveniently located in downtown. It is walking distance to everything. There is limited parking available, but we had no problem finding a space. Breakfast was fairly basic and a little lackluster, but the service was very good.

Our stay at the Salem Inn was charming and memorable. The property itself is full of character, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Salem. What truly made our experience exceptional was Suzanne, the innkeeper, and the other staff members. They are all absolutely amazing…welcoming, attentive, and full of fantastic ideas for dining and must-see spots around town. Their passion for Salem and their guests shines through in every detail. The Salem Inn was located in the middle of town. A good location near Essex Street. The parking was free with the room. The staff were very friendly - in fact, due to low check-ins they allowed us to stay parked until our Guided Tour was finished (a couple hours after check-pout time). Great service!

We had an amazing experience at The Salem Inn! We stayed here while filming a ghost hunt for my YouTube channel ThisGhostStory, and the location did not disappoint. The atmosphere was perfect—historic, cozy, and just the right amount of spooky. We experienced a lot of paranormal activity during our stay and can’t wait to dive into the footage and start editing the video! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the inn itself is full of charm and character. If you're into history or the paranormal, this is the place to be in Salem. Pleasant stay

My wife and I stayed during our trip to Salem. It was very walkable to places in town. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning during our stay. We were able to chose our choice of breakfast the night before. The staff was very nice and personable.
