Rude receptionist
The room was okay, there were some goblets out side that have not been collected. When I was check out this morning, I need to get the receipt so I didn’t drop my room keys directly, there were a small queue and seems the first two people were stock for a while, I knew maybe the front desk was busy but when I tried to say something, the receptionist made a rude noise for me to be quiet. I don’t think if there was another male or white people would be treated like that way, unbelievable!

Makes flying with a stay so nice. It doesn’t feel like being at Logan except you are so close you can walk to the terminal or take a quick shuttle.

Restaurant host was very difficult and rude. Server didn’t bring out the food that we ordered and when I asked her about it she just shrugged her shoulders but didn’t bring the right food. She ignored us when many tables where empty abs then double charged me for my glass of wine that I had already paid at the bar.

Loved how quiet it was in the room despite being a busy hotel. Also really appreciated how clean everything felt. Really enjoyed the vibe, relaxed and stylish. Would definitely stay there again

The direction to the hotel from Terminal B is not very good yet because of the airport connections I was able to walk to C then E, from there the directions are clear. I was worried about the plane noise yet couldn’t hear at all - excellent building quality, Rather the cleaning crew had loud voices in the hallway around 8 am. Knowing that most passengers chose this place because of late arrivals the crew should be aware and lower their voices when necessary.

Stay here often - easy for airport layovers, shuttle was quick today, room has a pelaton!? Love the gym… staff very very friendly.

Difficult to find using Waze. Finally found hotel and parking lot was full. Had to park in Central Parking so wasn’t very convenient. Restaurant was very good, excellent service and good food.

The hotel is beautiful, however it is very loud. The rooms around us are loud, and you can hear all of the activity outside. Sirens etc. the hallways were very very loud. I couldn’t sleep very well at all.

We loved our stay here. It was very convenient for a quick overnight stay for an early flight. It was easy to call for the shuttle to get to the hotel from Terminal E. The hotel is beautiful and clean. There is a restaurant in the lobby. Easy check in, with nice and helpful staff. Would recommend.

A super convenient airport hotel. You can walk here via indoor routes from the terminals, and you can get drinks and dinner here plus a really good full-serve breakfast. Highly recommended!
