「Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue with this hotel is the management and their lack of support when problems arise. The internet was extremely slow and constantly disconnecting, making it almost impossible to work or even perform basic online tasks. Since reliable Wi-Fi was one of the reasons I chose this place, this was a major inconvenience. I reported the issue, but the management showed very little interest in helping or resolving the problem. What made the situation worse...

「Lady there ripped off. I reserved an apartamento superior with a balcony but I got robbed in Rio and had no credit/debit cards, so I had to take a slightly later and far more more expensive flight. Anyway, I showed up slightly past the 1830 check in time or whatever. She told me the Apartmento Superiors were sold out and gave me the regular room without a working heater. Somehow I still had to pay the higher rate on account of them not accepting digital card so I paid in cash... 」
