「Hosts stopped responding immediately after check-in. The apartment was not clean upon arrival. We reported the issues right away, but nothing was addressed and all follow-up messages were ignored. Expedia was also unable to reach the host. Towels had stains. Sheets had hair and dark fuzz. Floors were dirty. The kitchen counter was covered in sugar, and the nightstands and shower had visible debris and dust. We booked this place partly for the sofa bed, but no second set of sheets was provided...
