"A very private B&B experience. This is a whole suite with a very large bathroom and huge shower! The cute courtyard outside your door is an added bonus. The suite was clean spacious. The decor could be updated, but it added to the experience. "

"La struttura è carina ed ancora in lavorazione , la camera piccola ma buona purtroppo però a tetto e con un caldo soffocante , l'aria condizionata rumorosa e poco efficiente . I servizi non esistono : recepsion chiude alle 20 e riapre la mattina , colazione obbligata alla 7:30 , ristorante chiuso , piscina a pagamento , frigobar spento e vuoto ."

"The restaurant the room was attached to was good but it seemed like the owner as an afterthought decided to let out rooms. My room was small and shabby. The bathroom was just as tiny. The old satin machine-quilted bedcover had seen better days and its underside had rust stains. The mattress was old and somewhat lumpy. "Our stay was extraordinary. It was our third time in Assisi and we decided to explore this remodeled Palazzo. Centrally located in town and just a few minutes walking from the center plaza. You can walk to all the important sites, stores and restaurants from this property. The staff at the Palazzo treated us so nicely and were so attentive to our every need for our family of 8 (including a baby ) during our 5 day stay.
