「Very nice hotel with wonderful hospitality. But it’s really hard to find since it’s on the 17:th floor of a huge apartment buildning. It should benefit from a sign at the entrance. 」

「SO easy to communicate with and very kind people! The amenities were impressive, especially for the price and even a spider snuck into my bed because I think he likes the property, too :). 「very good experience. Clear instructions on how to get there (important! as came two hours late - train delay), immediate reactions via whatsapp, clean - loads of restaurants close by and Kyiv Opera is 5 mins walking. Both Figaro and Nabucco were excellent. Room was nice and tidy, bedroom (upstairs) also very good.」

「The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful: from recommending a reliable taxi service app to helping me find an open restaurant nearby at 12am, from exceptional daily housekeeping service to cooking my breakfast in advance due to my early check-out. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and the staff take all required COVID-19 prevention measures. Great location and great value for their price. 」

「This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. The room had a working aircondition for heating and cooling plus centralheating.
